"RHODES T. W. COLLINS - Died Providence, March 28, 1882, aged 38 years. He was a native of Warwick, R. I., enlisted in Co. F, 4th R. I. Vols., in October, 1861; discharged October, 1864; initiated into Providence Union Dec. 10, 1870, and on its roll in 1877; he was also a member and Adjutant of Prescott Post, G. A. R. at time of his death; 40 members of the post attended his funeral; interment was at North Burial Ground."
