I too am researching the Collins line that I believe is related to these Collins. I believe that Bryant Collins who moved to Mitchell Co., GA about 1852 is a brother to my James Collins who was in Stewart Co., GA in the 1860 census. James was born in NC, married Priscilla Baker, may have been in Wilkes, Wilkinson, and Warren Co's., GA prior to moving to Talbot Co., GA about 1827. I have reason to believe they are the sons of Andrew Collins and Pheraba Ballenger from Johntson Co., NC but no proof. Is this the same line you are working on? If so, do you have any information to share? I would appreciate hearing from you. Thanks, Delayne
