Thank you for listing the additional counties to search. I did visit the Lunenburg courthouse and found a number of records for a Henry Collier. I discovered, after following the records. that is was not my Henry. I could not find any evidence in the court documents that my Henry was descended from the Lunenburg Henry Collier; he was not mentioned in the will. But I will definitely look at the other counties you mentioned.
Would you know what route would have been taken, leaving Virginia and arriving in Missouri just prior to 1820. My Henry died in Missouri, 1820.
