Hi Jill --
This line is NOT related to me, but I did some quick lookups anyway, just in case (my G-grandfather was Cyrus Thomas Collier of Montana at about the same time period).I don't have the necessary time to do the full research, so I'm presenting you with the nuts and bolts that will at least point you in the right direction.
It turns out that your C. T Collier's name is NOT "C. T." at all.Per the 1900 Census, Denver, Idaho Co., ID, his name is LLOYD F. COLLIER (b. Nov. 1842, IN).I viewed this census and Luna and the children you described are all in his household, so I know this is correct.
In the 1910 Census, Ferdinand, Idaho Co., ID, it is the same household. The exception here is that Lloyd is gone and has been replaced by Gabriel Collier (b. ca. 1845) as Head of Household. This means that, sometime between 1900-1910, Lloyd has died and his brother, Gabriel, has taken over.Luna and Gabriel are NOT married, as she is listed as "sister-in-law."
Further, in the 1920 Census, Ferdinand, Idaho Co., ID, Gabriel is gone and Luna is Head-of-Household.In the 1930 Census, I can find only two sons, Alfred and Cecil.I can't locate any of the other children or their mother, Luna, ANYWHERE in the USA!
Chances are that Lloyd is buried somewhere not very far from Luna. You might see if you can get some VR's or cemetery records from Idaho Co., ID.Also, see if you can find MARRIAGE records for Colliers in Idaho Co., ID, between 1905-1925.The oldest child, Ella May, was b. ca. 1890, and the youngest, Cecil Milo, was b. ca. 1902.
Lloyd and Gabriel have another brother named Simeon Daniel Collier.Simeon named one of his boys "Lloyd Francis Collier," so I very strongly suspect that your Lloyd's middle name is Francis.Lloyd, Gabriel and Simeon are sons of ALFRED ELDER COLLIER (b. Garrard Co., KY) and HELEN CHRISTY (b. KY).Llyod and Lula's oldest son is named ALFRED.
Alfred Elder Collier is the son of JAMES COLLIER (b. Botetourt Co., VA) and NANCY BALLOU (b. KY).
James Collier was the son of ALEXANDER COLLIER (b. King and Queen Co., VA) and SARAH (LNU).Go to this link and follow Alexander's "Pedigree" link for the rest of the ancestry:

If this link doesn't work, send me a reply.
CAUTION:Most, but not all, of this info is derived from FamilySearch IGI's and Ancestry.com Family Trees, both of which contain a lot of spurious "wish lists."However, dates and places all "appear" to be in accord, so use this ONLY as a "direction pointer" for your research, and NOT as written in stone. The ONE thing I am DEFINITE about is that Luna Richardson's husband's name is LLOYD FRANCIS COLLIER, and NOT "C. T. Collier."
Best of luck in your quest!

Mike Collier
