Dear Graham,

Thank you so much for your response. I would like to get any documentation I can. Please fax to 805-568-3318- my work in santa barbara calif. It shoud be ok. I would also like to establish connection, if any, with collies in aberdeen area. I note there is a small town named COLLIESTON on coast half way between ABERDEEN and PETERHEAD. I wonder what the significance of this town may be in COLLIE family history.

Last week I was at the SCOTTISH NATIONAL WAR MEMORIAL at EDINBUGH CASTLE. There were 9 COLLIE men died serving in the GORDON HIGHLAND Regt 1914-1918 from aberdeen area and one COLLIE in the BLACK WATCH.
