Dear Marsha: Yes, I believe we are related, but could not pinpoint how. My parents were Olen and Maude May Morris Collie. He had two sisters, Dora (married Lawson Huffstutler), and Agnes (married Fred Moore); one brother, Robert, (married Mattie & lived in Houston). My father's parents were Robert & Eliza Milton Collie. One of my great-nephews, Glen Collie, has been doing research and told me my father's grandparents were Silas and Nancy Collie and his great-grandfather was William Collie, born in Virginia in 1794. Glen's phone # is 901-373-5880. I believe he lives in Memphis. Feel free to call him for any research he may have. You did not mention your grandmother's name, the one who married Henry Walker. Perhaps that would help make some connection.
