Wilna delighted to hear from you. I sent you an email from work but am not sure if you got it as I did not get the copy I sent to my home email. You kindly added on a generation for me and gave dates I did not have. You also cleared up the relationship between Isobel & Anne which was a puzzel. Andrew and Anne were 1st cousins. As you can see from the obit. below Isobella and Alexander must have had another brother Robert. On their grave stone of which I have a picture the woman are called Isabella and Ann. Oh I also have pictures of both of them That I can scan for you if you want. Hope to hear from you again soon.

Andrew's (Annie's husband)Obit starts off with 'Death of the Veteran of Rothiemurchus'
And in part goes on to say, 'Born at the Dell of Rothiemurchus in 1819, his long lifetime han been spent in that parish, and no fewer than 60 years of it in the forest of the Grants of Rothiemurchus. It was in 1843 that he became under-forester: thirty years later he succeeded his uncle, Robert Collie, as head forester. He retired in 1903, remaining in possession Achnacoichin, the place with which he has been so long associated.' It also says, 'He was predeceased in 1883 by his wife a woman of great gentleness an fineness of sprite.

PS. Hearing from you gives me hope for the stuff I have posted on the Grant, Hart and Harding forums!
