I saw a lot of helpful info here on Patience Colgate who married George Elliott back around 1732. Their daughter Patience Elliott married Daniel Coleman. Now, this gets really confusing because on the Coleman researchers side, there are three generations of Daniel Colemans, all married to women named Patience. (How likely is that?) They have the second Daniel married to Patience Elliott, listing her birthdate as 1687. Info from this Genforum site says Patience Colgate, the mother, wasn't even born until 1704, so I'm wondering if the Coleman researchers have it all mixed up. Does anyone on this list have info on the Colemans from the Elliott side? Do you know which Daniel Coleman Patience Elliott was married to?
