Here is the 1841 census information for the Coleridge Bitton Street, West Teignmouth address, hope you find it useful. Remember that the ages shown are usually suspect!
James Coleridge 40 Cabinet Maker b. Devon
John Coleridge 15 Cabinet Makers Apprentice b. Devon
James Coleridge 15 Cabinet Makers Apprentice b. Devon
Richard Coleridge 14 b. Devon
William Coleridge 12 b. Devon
Augusta Coleridge 10 b. Devon
Charles Coleridge 7 b. Devon
Clara Coleridge 4 b.Devon
Frederick Coleridge 2 b. Devon
As no mother shown (Mary Ann nee Colton) I anticipate she died c1839 and the Mary Coleridge shown as wife on 1851 (b1812 Kingsteignton)is his second wife. She appears to have been a widow of someone called Lendon/London as her son Samuel (b1840) is listed with that surname in the 1851 family census entry.
I have some death dates and other info for some of the above and of the offspring of second marriage so will do that as a separate message.
(I will also give some thought to the William Coleridge (yeoman) b.1770)
