In the newspaper obituary there is Robt S. Coleman, died 2 Jan 1827 in Campbell Co VA, left a wife and 10 children. Obits states he was 47 yrs old.
So, I had assumed this was the Robt Coleman who was born 15 Jun 1780 in VA (as in the Wortham-Coleman Bible) and did have children, Minerva, John, Catherine, Martha Ann, Patrick H, Robt S. Jr., Buford, Lousia, Caroline and Mary.
But when I looked up Robt. born 15 Jun 1780, everyone has a different Robt Coleman who died in 1854, Hanover Co VA.
Are there two Robt S Colemans born 1780 in VA...which one is the son of Thomas Coleman and Mary Woolfolk and is named in their list of children in the above mentioned bible record?

"Marriages and Deaths from Lynchburg, Virginia Newspapers", 1794-1836. page 167-
COLEMAN, CAPT. Robert S died on 2nd inst. near Lynchburg. Was 47. Left wife and 10 children.
Published in "The Lynchburg VIrginian" on 18 Jan 1827 p.3 column 3.
Robert's estate was appraised on 12 Jan 1828 (WB6, p. 12, Campbell Co.)
