Thank you for responding. Please look at the 1900 U.S. Federal Census, Tarver, Echols, Georgia.
Look for Evalman Isaac, which I have sent a correction of Isaac Coleman. Isaac Coleman b. abt 1858 d. before 1920, married about 1882 to Mary E. Nipper b. 1867 d. 1935. Children listed are Ida, Carry, William M., Sarah, John, Barney, Rebecca, Ada, and a boarder Abraham Duncan. Three children were born after 1900: Lizzie, Curnel Addison, and Jesse Lee and these people are my aunts and uncles. I am the daughter of Colonel b. 1906 (known as Curnel) do not know the names of parents or siblings of Isaac. Mary Nipper's father was Absolem Nipper b. abt 1847 and I found them in the 1880 Census living in Gilmores, Echols, Georgia. I have hit a dead end.
