The Colella lineage is rich in Anzano di Puglia, and it thrives on today in many places, such as Toronto, where I am from. I am a direct descendant of this family line, and I am still an Italian citizen, with my parents having arrived in toronto in 1972. Talk about a direct link to the post!
Many of the Anzano Colellas ended up in Toronto as well as parts of eastern USA and australia (mosty sydney and melbourne), but to give you more info, I would need to know your predacessors. My Grandfather was Rocco Colella, and if you know your clan name, that would be very useful. The clan name tradition lives on strong even to this day, and my clan name transaltes to "spider" (unfortunately, there is no script to the dialect, and certain "letters" of the dialect do not have any written equivalent). Unless you know International Phonetic Alphabet, I can't write the name for you.
I have always had an interest in getting back to the Homeland, (Anzano has beeen around for almost 2000 yrs, yes, two-thousand years), and there are archaeological surveys being done there that prove the town's age.
For more info, write me back with specific questions; my parents can give me any more answers you need about colellas in Anzano.
