HELP! Seeking information on an unknown male Cole, born in Wisconsin about 1835...give or take. He married Elizabeth "Lizzie" Manning, b. 1835 in Ohio, probably about 1854-55. They had one son together, Thomas Wm. Cole, born in Dayton, OH in Apr 1855. Thomas was apparently named for his grandfather, Thomas Manning. Thomas Cole is last found living in Chattanooga, TN on the 1900 census, single, with his aunt, Ella Manning. I'm hoping to learn the name of his father _____ Cole. There are other Coles in this family and I"m trying to prove or disprove a connection.
