Kathleen - Go to www.findagrave.com, choose find cemetery, plug in Ogden, plug in Utah, plug in Weber County. Mary Ann Cole Swanner is buried there & there is a picture of her stone. There are also links to her parents & siblings & pictures of some of the people, besides their stones.
In 1860 Kennebec IA with Samuel & 4 children she is b abt 1824 in PA.
Tree info at Ancestry & from the cemetery she was b 27 Dec 1823 Salisbury, Somerset PA d 24 Apr 1896 Ogden, Weber, UT
Evidently she married twice - m 30 Apr 1844 Adams Co IL Evan O'Bannion 1799 KY-1874 IA. With him she had Joseph Barnett O'Bannion b 1845 IL & Harrison O. O'Bannion b 1848 IL. She must have divorced him - Evan shows up in census with three more wives after that.
Apparently she was 3rd wife of Samuel Swanner & divorced him too. Samuel shows up in census 1870 & up Kennebec IA with wife Rosetta J.
She was dau/o James Barnett Cole b 16 Mar 1796 Guildhall, Essex VT d 09 May 1857 Willard UT, buried Ogden City Cemetery and Phoebe Van Alstyne b 08 Jan 1800 Springfield, Erie PA d 10 Jan 1883 Huntsville, Weber UT buried Ogden City Cemetery.

If you Google James Cole 1600 a lot of info will pop up. He owned the very first tavern in New England & must have been rather a character - was always being fined for allowing rowdy behavior & drinking on Sundays! A lot of research has been done on the line. He DID NOT Mary Mary Lobdel, daughter of the famous scientist....this shows up a lot. His wife was Mary TIBBES.
