I don't think this is enough to assume a remarriage. Unless there is a court record or some kind of family knowledge, I don't buy it. I have a book on the Colclough family, and all previous researchers have found nothing. No maiden name has been found for Rachel Colclough(wife of Benjamin and mother of William Colclough) and since many court records are missing, may never be found, without some bible record or family knowledge somewhere. I will certainly review what records I have, but, Walker is not a name I've seen much of in the Colclough family. God bless.
