Many years ago I had noted in my files that Hannah Colclough was the widow of John II, the latter son of John I (supposedly son of Sir Caesar Colclough of Staffordshire, Eng.),who also fathered Benjamin. Because of the latter reference to John, I assumed that the inventory in 1702 (Stafford County) was for John II, which would mean that your Feb 12, 1721 reference was for JOHN I(If he was at least 25 for his Stafford land patent of 1665, he would have been in his 80's in 1721), but I do not have details of the 1721 indenture transaction.
Hannah's will according to my brief excerpt referenced her brother, Benjamin Colclough (did I make a mistake?), so Hannah would have been the widow of John Colclough II, and sister in law of Benjamin Colclough.
I've nominally tried to ferret out the Chatman/Chapman connection, but found nothing. Therefore, I assume that she would have been Hannah Walker, since the Jeffries are so well documented (Mary Jeffries m Thomas Walker 2nd), in order to have been the aunt of Thomas Walker 3rd. We do not have a complete list of children of Thomas Walker 1st and Elizabeth (except for Thomas 2nd and Capt Richard), so it is probable that there were other siblings.
