I am not sure of the COLCHER family origin. I have some information concerning a Jesuit priest named Guillaume Couture who was born in France, went to Canada to try and convert the Huron Indians and was tortured. He escaped to the U.S. and some fill he was the beginning. But I am not sure. I would like to hear more of your COLCHER line
