My records show a Charlette H. Colburn listed in the 1860 Perry Count Census. It is abbreviated Char.H, Female, 12 years old. Her parents are listed as Reason Colburn, 52, born in South Carolina and Nancy Colburn, 33, born in Alabama. I hope this will help. Please contact me if I can be of further assistance.
