I have returned from out trip west and am looking at your note concerning your wife's family history. My line goes as follows: from Edward (1618) to Robert (1646) to Edward
(1670) to Robert (1700) to David (1729) to Abia (1763) to Zerah (1804) to Maria (1829. At this point I leave the family name behind and go to another (Hatch). If you would be interested in having the complete children and descendent lines, I would be happy to send you, by snail mail, the lines complete with children for each of the above.
However, I don't know if your wife follows the same exact line down to Zerah as I do or if she branches somewhere along this line. Do you have anymore information besides the generation of Robert. Sometimes working from the current generation and going backwards can lead you to the direct line, giving me more information as to which of the children she is a direct line to. If she knows more about her ggrandfather and gggrandfather and gggreatgrandmather, etc. it would tell me from which person she is a direct ancester.
