David; Thanks for the information you posted
If I read it correctly, you have Fannie as the 11th child of Revel and Margaret. Then her marriage to William Polk Hobson puts another loop in my family tree, as he was her nephew.
While checking a LDS CD in the library in Pueblo CO, I came across an entry indicating that the father of Revel was a Spencer Colburn(1738-1778) of Accomack VA. Have you any additional info on the ancestors of Revel?
