According to he Genealogy of the Descendants of Edward Colburn/Coburn, there was a Phebe Colburn, daughter of Stephen Colburn who was b. May 10, 1725 and Mary Emerson b. Jan. 20, 1737. Stephen and Mary lived at Hampstead and Weare, NH. Phebe married an Elijah Flanders. They give no date of birth or marriage for Phebe. Stephen was the son of Jonathan Colburn, the son of Thomas Colburn, the son of Edward Colburn. The entire Colburn book is on Ancestry.com and most LDS Genealogy Centers have it on microfilm. This is the only Phebe mentioned about this time period.
