Hi, Richard. It's been a bit, but, I think I may have come up with a little bit more information on my Colbert and Shepherd side. I did find that my Frances Colbett was really Frances Colbert she married in 1833 Culpeper Co., Va. I have not found it at this time, But, I do believe that she was also born in Culpeper Co., and so was my Cyrus Shepherd, I have seen in the 1810 Census records in Culpeper Co., there are 4 Colbert men listed, now to track down the names of their children.
