Where can you find this book that you are talking about. I have been told that my grandmother was a descendent but cannot verify her fathers real name. her name in Monnie Colbert born 1895, mother Jo Standford not sure about correct spelling. I have an uncle who looks like Winchester Colbert just taller I saw and have a copy of photo from ok city historical .To look at photo and my uncle you might say they look so alike it is unbelievable. My mother was told James Logan Colbert was from Scotland and came here married a native girl and we came down from there Would sure appericate any halp you could assist me in verifying these facts. I have photo to share if you want to see the resemblance let me know.
