I too am looking for information on Colberts in Virginia. Specifically the one's who moved to Pennsylvania in the mid 1850's (Blair County) and later to Johnstown,PA. Robert Philip Colbert, a minister, is one I really could use some help on. I had an uncle Walter who passed away in 1996 in Pittsburgh, PA, his wife's name is Pauline.
