Looking for information (birth/death date and place of both) on Dr. John W. Colbert, medical missionary from Nebraska who was associated with/founder of the San Juan Presbyterian Hospital in San Juan, Puerto Rico in the early 1900s. He was married to Margaret Thompson, possibly a nurse & possibly a second marriage. Daughter, Ana, was born in Puerto Rico in June, 1906.
