It has been a long time since these messages were posted. I hope you are still checking this forum.
I have been searching for parents of Charles P. Colbert born abt. 1855 in GA. Charles was also in Seary County Arkansas in 1900. Do you think your Robert and my Charles could be brothers?
In 1900, a young widow, Malissa Hall age 20 and her two daughters Manda 4 and Emma 2 were living in the home of Charles and family. I don't know if they fit with any of your Halls.
Charles seems to have had quite a wonder lust. I found him in Howell County MO, in 1880; In Seary County Arkansas in 1900; in Colman Texas in 1910; and, in South Cement, Caddo County Oklahoma in 1920.
However, I have not been able to attach him to proven siblings or parents, grandparents etc.
Please let me know what you think. THANKS
