I have not. However, I THINK you can find it on-line, say, at GoogleBooks, etc...... IMHO, Cook(e), Cock(e), & Coke are interchangeable, particularly in EARLY VA records. Clearly, this is true in Derbyshire, at Trusley. please email me offline and I will share some additional info on "Trusly". Notify Administrator about this message?
