Looking for anyone with information on Coias in Molise - specifically the Isernia Region - town of Castelnuovo al Volturno. My grandfather Alberto Coia was born in Vienna, Austria in Oct. 1902, but his parents were from Castelnuovo, and he was raised there. His mother was Carmela D'Onofrio, and his father was Ernesto Coia. Ernesto later moved and lived in Lille in France. Ernesto's mother was Antonia Di Silvestro. We believe his father was Antonio Coia. I'm stuck finding any records on Antonio. It is believed he may have gone into Scotland and had other children there, but we have a cold trail!
