Just came across this web site. My grandfather, Angelo Coia came to Philadelphia from Italy before 1900. My father, John Coia who was born in Philadelphia on August 12, 1911, has told me his father was from the Campobasso region of Italy. My grandfather had two brothers, Thomas and Michael, I think that was their names. My frandfather had two sons, my father, John and his brother Joseph. My father grew up on Queen St.in South Philadelphia then in the mid 1920's my grandfather and father moved to Shelbourne St. in Northeast Philadelphia. My grandfather owned a paperbox factory in Philadelphia, I think the name of the company was Paragon. My father was a printer for the Philadelphia Inquirer for 46 years. He had two sons, myself and my brother John.

Does anyone think they are related to me?
