In a Peters family genealogy, I have the information that Thomas (son of Thomas and Rebecca Johnson of Baltimore, MD) Peters married Hester Ann Cohen, 27 June 1838. Hester Ann Cohen is said to have been the daughter of Rabbi Cohen of Richmond, VA who was married to FNU Burdette, daughter of Sir Charles Burdette of London. Does anyone have information on the Cohen family of Richmond, VA circa 1830s, early 1800s?
