Searching for half brother - Mark / Marc

I am seeking my half brother, Mark or Marc Cohen. Born to Benard and Evelyn in or around Utica or Syracuse NY about ?1952?

I know he is/was in the service, but don't know much else about him. I believe that he relocated out of the U.S. I met him one time in my life when I was very young. I hope to find him again. Mark, if you read this, let past family problems remain in the past.
