I realize several years have past since I have posted but just became interested again in trying to search George Washington Cohee and Hazel Altenberg.
I know very little other than the names and also that his real father (Cohee) was a Pearl Diver.
Any information anyone has I would sure appreciate.
There were 6 children Etta, Pansey, Ida, Nora, Noah and Palmer.
Palmer and Nora were adopted out to two different families.
Palmer's original name was Willie but his adopted family changed his name to Palmer Anthony.
Palmer Anthony is my husband's father so I have become interested in finding out any information i can.
