The Cohan and Regan names are quite common in Southwest Cork particularly in Caheragh Parish and up toward Bantry. If you have access to the Griffiths Valuations you might find a Dennis from the 1850s if the family were farmers. The Tithe Listing from the 1820-30s is also a possibility. My father's townland of Caheragh, besides two Keohane families, had the families of a Con and Denis Regan in the Griffiths of 1854 and the Tithe listing of 1828 has a Pat and Jeremiah Regan family by 1832 the families are isted under a Mary and a Denis Regan.
The early church records (which rarely predate the 1800s because of the Penal Laws) list the family name as Cohan or Cohane as the "Latin" equivalent and later it shows up as the variations of Keohane and Keoghan, etc. The name shows up in the area (the Western Division of Carbery) in the English Census of 1659 as O'Cahane. Neither Latin nor Gaelic had a "K". The Caheragh church records do not show any Johanna-Hannahs in the period you would be looking for.
