LuAnn, please check out the following AULT & SIMMS Family Genealogy Forums. Set for the latest messages & read the correspondence between me & some of the 2 Forums researchers. I think it will give you some more to work with. Let me know. I see that George W. COGHILL was born ca. 1809 VA (according to 1850 Jasper Co.,IN, Census), Paschal born ca. 1816 KY (according to 1850 White Co.,IN, Census), & Alcey/Elsie, b. ca. 1814 KY (according to 1850 Lafayette Co.,WI, Census). Her age decreased as she got older, as evidenced on the 1870 Atchison Co.,KS, Census. As for Nancy (COGHILL) SIMMS, I have yet to locate them on any census.
Will try to do that over the weekend.
