George P Coggins b 1827 Montgomery Co, NC

I am in search of leads on George P Coggins born in Montgomery County, NC around 1827. At some point he moved to Cabarrus County, NC and married Jane E Reeves (b 1854). Their children include: Mary Georgann, James Pleasant, Charles Monroe, Ephraim Tinslow, Katherine Amanda(?), Nancy Elizabeth and Martin Luther.

Any help with the Coggins or Reeves lines would be treasured!
