There is a family Bible being auctioned on Ebay that contains family records for the Coggan family. My vision is awfully poor, but what I can read is;
Marcellius Coggan b. Sept. 6, 1847
James M. Coggan (middle initial might be W) b. May 21, 1851
Alolen (sp?) b. Sept. 5, 1845
