I take it no one has found the marriage of James to Polly Lance

I think I have finally figured out who Henry Ellenburg married. This guy is one of those who have haunted me for some time as he didn;t make sense. He married according to MR and census info a Jane Cogburn. There is no Jane Cogburn who fit the bill but when I found Henry was guardian to Harriett Lavonia Cogburn it all fell into place. Henry married Cynthia Cogburn oldest of John's children from second marriage. It then dawned on me she was not a minor and the court records only address minor children, thus she was not listed. I think I can now account for all of John's surviving children

With the new knowledge James filed for divorce all of the records for the various James' in Tenn fell into place.

Patrick's James went to Hawkins Co with his other siblings and in 1840 he and his mother, Sarah, moved to Blount for some unknown reason. Apparently within a short period of time they moved back to Hawkins and proceeded on to Missouri (I don; know if Sarah was still alive at the time)

The James who made it to Ark lived in Monroe Co for sometime in the early 1830's and was engaged in business with a well known person, Hiram Turk. The business ran into trouble and Hiram skipped town and went to Missouri and shortly after James went to GA. The curious part of this is the marriage of a Rachel Cogburn to Joseph Emory in Monroe Co. Who is she and why was she traveling with James?

I may have the list but it probably is in storage. It had a diagram on the graves with the upper and lower cemetery, numbered and had names of unlisted (but known from personal knowledge) graves I'll see if I can "dig" it up.
