yup .. richard l was youngest son of james from Tenn
I am interested in the fieldstones of Henry and John Cogburn
I was told by Cleve Whisenhunt it was Patrick and Henry ... dated some time in 1840's ... could only be chidlren of james as he had a big gap in children from the 1840's
so is it john and henry or henry and patrick????
did you get pics?
there is a way of getting old worn out names and dates to "rise up" so they can be easily seen but i don;t know what it is
in a side note just found some really interesting info on this james ... he filed for divorce in monroe county tenn in 1839 ... this info really helps in figuring out whose records belong to whom
this confirms my prediction that james may have come back across from NC and traveled down the Tenn Riv on his way to Murray Co GA
one step closer to a solution and some interesting stories
