I am looking for my Great Grandfather's family' What I know is that his father's name was George Coffman born abt 1801 in Virginia and he married Caroline (Carrie) Holman who was born about 1931 in Kentucky. They lived in Missouri for some time then moved to Nebraska City, Nebr. before 1865 The children were:
1. Elijah Coffman b 7/17/1854 in Missouri ( obituary says in Madison County) My Great Grandfather
2. George Coffman b. 9/15/1861 in Missouri ( his obituary says in Andrew Co.)
3. Samuel Coffman b. abt 1862 Missouri ( his obituary says Fillmore)
With George and Caroline age difference I am wondering if George was married to someone else before her
