Dug out my notebook.....Joseph Towle, born Feb 1741, died April, 1820, married Oct 2, 1769, Elizabeth Coffin, (born March 7,1853, died Feb 17, 1829. She was the daughter of Amos Coffin and Sarah (Hook) Coffin. Joseph Towle and Elizabeth Coffin Towle Of Hampton and Epson NH moved to Porter Me about 1793. This is as far back as I have taken this Coffin side.. My father was a Towle, his grandmother a Day and Moody Coffin is in that Day line. I am working on both Coffin families so any help you can give is much appreciated. I am on webtv and can not access all the genealogy sites so have to do my searching on message boards and genforum has been the best!!
