I am researching my greatgrandmother's short, dramatic life. She was not Cleta/Leta, but they were friends. My greatgrandmother was murdered in Sacramento in 1937, and at that time, Cleta/Leta returned home "back east" and married someone with the last name Coffey. Her maiden name may have been Owen, but so far, I am uncertain. I am on the brink of recieving pictures that may include Cleta/Leta and would like to share and also see if any stories have been handed down from their time in Sacramento together.
