No, I do not have any information re Anna Jane Spears such as her parents or siblings.
Haven't been able to find anything about her parents. We know she was born in June 1862 in Georgia as this was included in a piece of paper she wrote in 1934 that listed her two husbands, William R. Coffey and John Coffee. I suspect that husband #2, John, was a brother of 1st husband William. She listed all her children and their birth dates. Three predeceased her as they were not included in her obit. We have located what happened to the oldest, Lucy and Charlie but can't find what happened to Lester.
We know she went to Newton County Arkansas as she was married to William there in Jan 1880. Then as a new bride she crossed the Orgeon trail with Wm's parents, Ambrose Coffee & Nancy Stacy. Also included in the wagon train was Wm's siblings. Anna's first child was Lucy born in Baker City, Oregon in Oct 1880. Wm died in Oregon and is buried in the Sparlin Cemetery in William, Oregon. John died in 1903 but haven't been able to locate his grave either but suspect it was Sparlin Cem too. The whole Coffey plot was cemented over by some descendants and appantly there was no marker for John. Lester and Charlie were the children born of John.
Any information or leads would be greatly appreciated.
