Jack, I can not swear to this but the family information I have is that no children born to them.
This came from Jessica Boyt, who descends from several generations down.
I have some Joplin Family Photos and generational info on my website, but only from Robert Joplin who married Darcus Briant, downward.

The work of Mary Carr is very valuable in untangling the Joplin lines, although her work can be hard to decipher some times.
