Hello, it has been a couple years since I posted this query and so I am going to try again.
My great-grandmother was Louis Estel Debolt born April 2, 1882 in Wetzel County, WV. The daughter of John T. Debolt and Ida Issadore Boughner. She first married Fenton Clark LeMaster on May 8, 1898 in Wetzel County, WV. Fenton died in 1914 in Parkersburg, Wood County, WV.
Louis Estel Debolt LeMaster moved to Akron, Summit County, Ohio shortly after Fenton's death and on May 27, 1919 she married William Z. Coffey in Akron. I have a copy of the original marriage license and it lists William's parents as Robert W. Coffey and Sally C. Comption and that William was born in Adair County, Kentucky and that he was once previously divorced.
The marriage between William Z. Coffey and Louis Estel Debolt LeMaster ended by divorce or annulment because Louis is listed as LeMaster again in the 1930 census and dies with the LeMaster name in 1952.
I am seeking anyone that knows anything about this William Z. Coffey. I do know that he was a border in the house of his future wife Louis before they got married and that he worked at the Goodyear plant in Akron.
The couple had no children that I know of.
