My understanding is that Vol II (1984) is an expansion of Vol.I. In 1994 Marvin republished his original Vol. II with corrections and updates. I talked with him a number of times and was impressed with his intent to have supported information (or identify it as unsupported) and his desire for accuracy. His book is a vluable source of Coffey information.
