We were looking for our Nancy Ellen Coffey. We knew her mother was a Sarah Coffey,as she signed the marriage cert. for her to marry Charles A. Edwards in Metcalfe Co. Ky. We found a Joel Coffey in the 1880 Allen Co. census.
Joel 48, Sarah,48, Nancy E. 15, Alex 12.
Any more information would really be helpful. W e're so excited. Nancy was born in 1865, so we think this is great-grandmother.
