The info provided by Mr. Ogden from Wayne Coffey's excellent web site is correct.

Reverend Coffey was my great-grandfather and is buried in Lynchburg, Va. He indeed had a daughter Pearl May who married Rev. Leake. I have a copy of his autobiography in which he details many of the churches he helped found. You say your church is celebrating its 90th anniversary. Which church do you attend and where is it located? I have a cousin who wishes to be an evangelist like his gg-grandfather who is doing research on the churches started/founded by Rev. Coffey.
