I was going through some of my mother in laws trunks and found a genealogy book on the coffey line. james j. coffey, b. 3/7/1827 tenn. d. 2/16/1895 father unknown. marriage 2/2/21847 maury co. tenn. to ann elizabeth matthews coffey b. 1/29/1831 tenn. d. 5/18/1888 father unknown. children: mildred ann coffey, infant, sarah martha elizabeth, john calvin, alice jane,mary francis,callidona cornelia,fannie morgan coffey b. 12/26/1862 tenn. married thomas s. sowell.,william harvey,james franklin,maggie rozella coffey. if anyone needs dates on the children and spouses email me and i will get them, i dont know anything else about this family except what i found on a ancestry line on the net. but am not presently doing this far back on this line untill later on. maybe this will help someone. may have pics. have to look. thanks dian sherrill
