To get a little perspective on timeframe...

When/where were you born. Where, and how old was your mother when she died. Your mother's age may help in determining how old your father might be today.

I searched the Social Security Death Index for Arthur, and found 5, but none in Ohio. They were all born 1913 or earlier.
