Please turn off your caps key. All caps makes reading difficult.

There was a Harvey M. Coffee, Private, Co. G, 24th VA Infantry. See Consolidated Index to Compiled Service Records (Civil War). Records are available from the National Archives.

I also find a marriage record for Harvey M. Coffey to Rhoda Bear/Bair, Jul 3, 1911 in Morgan Co., KY.

There was a Harvey Macon Coffey, born about 1868 to William Elbert Coffey and Maggie Kincaid. William was from Burke Co., NC. Siblings of Harvey were William, Mary Abigail, Lula Eloise, Anna Jane, George Edgar, Maggie Lee.

William Elbert's father was Gilliam Goffey and mother was Mary Moore.

I'll send you e-mail with address of source for this info.

Jack
